MANILA – 8990 Holdings Inc is targeting P66 billion in sales within a six-year period as it embarks
on the first private sector issuance of asset-backed securities in the country.
8990 Holdings president Jesus Atencio told reporters that the company is bringing roughly 66,000 units
to market until 2019 with the roll out of 18 projects, the biggest of which will be Urban Deca Homes Ortigas.
Slated for launch next year, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas will accommodate 27,000 units
and will rise on a 13.2-hectare lot acquired last February for P2.2 billion.

8990 to develop integrated malls in condo projects

...The first integrated mall will rise in the newly acquired P2.2-billion property along Ortigas Avenue Extension,
the biggest project in its five-year plan of launching P66 billion worth of projects.
The proposed plan is for a sprawling one-level mall to cover the entire 13-hectare property, serving as a podium
for the mid-rise and low-cost residential developments at Urban Deca Homes Ortigas.
“We are very excited about this innovation because the integration of a mall will be the new template for 8990’s
vertical projects that will add significant value to our mass housing condo units, and still be within the price points
that cater to the mass housing market,”Atencio said in a statement.
