27,000 units = wowwwww ang laki sobra!
They really need to put a mass transit system on that area. Without that density, Ortigas Ave Ext is already a crawl. How much more if you put 27k units on it?

Sabihin mo ng sa 27k units = 3 people/unit and thats +81k people already using that already congested road. At sabihin nating 10% sa 27k units na yun ay may auto, thats +2.7k additional cars hitting the stretch of Ortigas ave ext every rush hour!

Good luck sa traffic.

Define mass housing. Uhm, Urban Deca? May tama ka!

Their upcoming mall looks like a WalterMart.

Looks like Citymall is missing out on the Metro Manila action but they are pretty aggressive on provincial community mall development. Either way, SM is a winner because SM has stakes in both Citymall and WalterMart. :D

Sana simulan na nila tong project na to at unahin na yung mall para mas naraming pasyalan sa Ortigas Extn.

Dapat pati nga yung lot ng Ever Gotesco Ortigas eh bilhin na din ng kung sinumang developer para ma convert into a new mall or township
