Blair Kamin has a piece about it in his blog. I was already afraid this would happen as after their 'too good to be true' summer sale the store looks spooky empty. Not only because I like the store, but it's stores like this that add shopping spice to a inner city, not another Wallgreens, Potbelly's or Dunking Donuts. Would be a real shame if this one is to go. :(

Quel horreur! I was kind of concerned when I got the email about the sale. I'll be sure to go ASAP to pay tribute.

Over the years, I've seen Franz Bader and Cambridge Architectural Books go. Of the ones that remain, Stout, Urban Center, MITP, and CCA are the ones I seek out when I'm in town.
