Pan Africa to break ground for office tower

Insurance group Pan Africa is today expected to break ground for the construction of a 20-storey office complex in Nairobi’s Westlands district at a cost of Sh2.5 billion. The building will house the NSE-listed financial services group’s headquarters and will also be leased out to companies for rental income.



“On Monday October 6, Pan Africa Insurance Holdings will hold a ground breaking ceremony of a new head office building along Waiyaki way,” said the company in a Friday statement.

I guess the location for this project is Waiyaki way near Church Rd. Adjacent to Malawi High Commission. The space was formerly occupied by Delight Kenya.

Pan Africa excavations is about complete, and construction should commence on the new Pan Africa Office Tower.. 4 Basement parking levels, a Parking podium of 3 storeys, Mezz deck level and 14 storeys of office tower on top of it. Totaling 18 storeys above and 4 below. Finished off currently with a illuminated tower.
