Bid-a-Wee resident Richard McMahon said residents are concerned people using the resorts will drive on their neighborhood streets as a way of getting to Back Beach Road.
PANAMA CITY BEACH — Bid-a-Wee residents are concerned a proposed new resort on Front Beach Road that would include a hotel and high-rises will generate traffic that will clog roads in their neighborhood.
The Panama City Beach Planning Board on Monday is scheduled to hear the application for the mixed-use resort at 13626 and 13623 Front Beach Road that would include a six-story, 240-room hotel, cottages up to two stories, condominium buildings ranging from six to 16 stories, and a two- to three-story beach club with indoor and outdoor seating.
