If only Middle England could pick up Frenson property portfolio. They have helped save some historic property including the Church of Scotland in Rodney Street. They don't seem to go in for crappy student new build. Bit worrying that their project pipeline seems to have dried up a bit. I wonder if they've decided the student market is saturated which would be a shame. By the way does anyone know what's happening to the Frenson properties they had to flog cos they went bust ? Virtually the whole of Wolstenholem Square was up for grabs....that could be a great creative space.
