What's Alpha building doing in the middle of the Amenities area??? Nag-add na nga sila ng 6th floor compared sa typical 5-storey Mid-Rise buildings nila for this project tapos talagang tinayuan pa ung amenities area? :bash:

I know it's business strategy pero hindi ba pwedeng ibigay na lang nila as a Bonus open space ung area na un and turn it into a park or a mini football field just like the one in Rhapsody? Kawawa nman ung mga bibili ng units sa Optima, Ultima, Palmaris and Magnus buildings... Kahit mag-add sila ng price for all the units just to compensate for the price of that open space.. Pero please naman.. We want more open space.. Take a look at Royal Palm's and Ohana Place's Site Dev for example.. Unobstructed ung views.. :wallbash:

Kung gagamitin naman nila yung space for a football field, saan na nila ilalagay yung mga amenities? Pero maganda rin yung idea mo na sana gawin nalang mini-park yun tapos may jogging path pa.

i guess they're(DMCI Homes) just making the most of the land area that they bought. but yeah, pwede naman sana wala yan. oh well.:eek:hno:

Tsaka Needs > Preference naman. Ma-e-enjoy pa rin naman nila ang amenities, not just the views. tsk3.

Kailangan lang talaga nilang i-maximize yung space ng lot na nabili nila. Hindi rin naman ata kasi kalakihan ang loteng ito kung ikokompara sa total land area ng Royal Palm at Ohana Place.

Kailangan lang talaga nilang i-maximize yung space ng lot na nabili nila. Hindi rin naman ata kasi kalakihan ang loteng ito kung ikokompara sa total land area ng Royal Palm at Ohana Place.
4 HECTARES din itong arista same din nga royal palm nasa 1hectare ang amenities.

Meron bang showroom itong Arista Place? Kung meron, saan? Or, kailangan mong bisitahin talaga yung construction area?
yes they do have showroom its nearby duty free NAIA. Closed for viewing ang loob ng site but you can dropby sa site project bawal nga lang pumasok pa.

Salamat sa info! Balak ko sana pumunta doon sa project site, para tumingin ng sample units. Yun pala hindi puwede dahil meron silang sariling showroom.

try to go in other finished project, basta midrise pa rin dahil for sure may mga model units na yan, almost same lang naman ang mga itsura nyan. You can go naman sa actual site yun nga lang hindi sya open for viewing dahil under construction.

Currently foundations pa lang sa Arista Place. They'll mail it to you in 2 months, with the notarization, processes, and all, whatever they do in the documentations office. Try to ask your agent for a photocopy of your CTS instead, if s/he can still get a hold of the CTS in the documentations office.

commonly it will took you 2-3 mos after you signed the CTS. Depende kase yan sa bulk ng delivery ng DMCI though may option ka naman dyan if you want the fast releasing you may write an authorization letter thru your agent that you are authorizing his/her to claim or pickup your CTS in the documentation department / customer care...ganyan ang ginagawa ng mga clients ko lalo na sa mga naiinip :)

Went to check the location in Google maps. There are 2 vacant lots in that area, the one beside PAGCOR and the one that appears to be a marshland next to the river. Which one is Arista Place?

Its definitely not the one beside the casino. Its the vacant lot right beside the river.
Thanks for clarifying that. Btw, do you know a trustworthy DMCI broker here? I contacted 2 agents in Sulit and while they replied to the initial mail, they both stopped responding when I asked for a sample computation. It's just plain weird. :nuts:
