googled landing international development ==> http://www.landing.com.hk/html/about_info.php

Hong Kong company pala yan. hopefully ipatupad na agad yan. tulad nuong panahon ni genuino circa 2008, everyone got gaga over a theme park at entertainment, reality check...it's 2017 almost 10 years forward wala pa rin theme park sa entertainment city. alam mo naman sa pilipinas ang bagal umasad ang isang project ...sometimes taking decades from conception to construaction....LRT-1 extension hello ?

this hong kong firm, their proposal to build up a theme park...sigurado may kasamang casino, their firm already putting up the same facility in south korea based on their website. hopefully gawin na nila, life is so short

Landing international said "the resort will comprise Asia’s first movie-themed indoor park and waterpark as well as many other leisure and entertainment facilities suited for all ages and families."

At last they've heard partially my vision for a dream theme park in the Philippines, an indoor theme park. But my vision is a good combination of an indoor and outdoor theme park. Wherein local and foreign tourists would enjoy the outdoor areas also during the cold season from December to February. During summer and rainy days, its the indoor area that would be busy.

This proposed indoor park is no longer Asia's first, there's already Dubai's IMG World's of Adventure. Maybe it could be Asia's first indoor theme park and waterpark combined.

Jeju Shinhwa World in South Korea is 250 hectares. The Lionsgate-based outdoor theme park which is a section of Jeju Shinhwa World is already 12 hectares. The project here is planned to feature a Filipino culture theme park, an indoor waterpark, an indoor movie-based theme park, a convention center, hotels, a retail mall and other commercial and entertainment facilities. It is interesting how they will put all of these amenities in 9.5 hectares.

It's a head scratcher for me. I mean Enchanted Kingdom is 25 hectares - Disneyland Hong Kong almost has the same size with EK (EK will be bigger if EK expands). I'm thinking of a huge building but there's a part of me that thinks that it's doable. A comparatively small scaled theme park can be done within 9.5 hectares since Star City is only around 3.5 hectares including Aliw Theater. I guess other amenities such as convention center, hotel rooms, the water park, a mall and other stuff can be put together in one huge building or two - you can put all of these in 6 hectares space. Man it's a crowded place. Too much going on. Is there any way they can also lease adjacent lands? :?
