PARAÑAQUE | SM Center Moonwalk [com|pro]

The 5th SM Supermall in Paranaque after SM City Sucat, SM City Bicutan, SM Hypermarket Sucat-Lopez and SM City BF Paranaque.

I have a feeling na either sa E. Rodriguez near McDonalds yung mall or malapit sa Airport Village (walking distance from Chateau Elysee, SM Prime's first ever residential project)

If ever SM Moonwalk will be 3kms away from SM City Bicutan, 5 kms away from SM City Sucat amd 8kms away from SM BF.

If I had to guess, I'd say it would be in the Multinational Village area:

- If you look at Moonwalk, it's already flanked in the east by SM Bicutan and in the south by SM Sucat. But there's no SM presence in the center of Moonwalk, which happens to have a huge suburb

- SM may be banking on the C5 extension as a major thoroughfare and source of foot traffic. Since it was happened, there's been HUGE traffic in West Service Road, Merville from people coming from Multinational, Sucat, Las Pinas and even Cavite. The travel influx will only grow once the C5 extension is connected to C5 with the planned SLEX overpass

- They also have a giant warehouse near Kabihasnan that supplies the 3 SM malls in the area. So it's ideally positioned to supply Moonwalk as well

Parang malayo naman yung interiors ng SM BF sa SM CDO Downtown Premier.

Also, it used to feel like a premier mall because of its former tenants, but some of its upscale tenants are already closed. Mango is now Piaza Italia, Nautica is now Miniso and some of its food tenants have closed down.

And the Director's Club cinema was made to cater the residents of BF and nearby villages, again hindi batayan ng mall status ang pagkakaroon ng Directors Club. Ang mall features ay ibinabagay sa lugar na kinabibilangan nito .

Actually SM Sucat A interiors are quite similar to SM Tuguegarao's interior

Ang original plan dapat is SM Center Paranaque, na-upgrade into SM City BF Paranaque. Pansin kasi nila na yung mga taga-BF instead na SM City Sucat pumunta, SM Southmall pa ang dinadayo.

Here is the logo I edited for SM Center Moonwalk Paranaque, malamang SM Center yung gagawin.

Yung sa mga SM Lifestyle City malls tulad ng SM North EDSA, yung logo sa 'NORTH' kulay red and hindi blue. At ang font na ginamit sa logo ng SM City North EDSA ay Gill Sans MT at hindi Arial font. Tulad din sa mga logos ng SM Megamall, Southmall at Seaside City Cebu, using Gill Sans font. Yung mga high-end malls na SM Clark, Fairview at Cebu, Arial font ang ginamit.

Yung sa mga premier malls tulad ng SM Aura Premier, yung sa logo nila hindi Gill Sans font ang 'premier' tagline nila, pero Arial-like font.

SM Lanang and SM CDO logos, the 'LANANG' and 'CDO DOWNTOWN' uses Gotham font, while the 'PREMIER' tagline uses Gill Sans font.

Baka yung malaking vacant lot beside SAES at San Agustin market yung magiging site.
