Voila le genre de tours qui me plait pour Paris, pas trop grande, blanche, graphique et élégante,vite les grues!!!!

This thing is absolutely stunning with its Exoskeleton, but I predict it to be killed by NIMBY's! The base itself already exists and will be renovated. It is at least outside the central area of Paris, being beyond the Boulevard Peripherique, so it will be somewhat less of a target for their anti-skyscraper rage.
