So, a brief summary on the state of the project. All the different programs have been assigned to each actor involved. Last December, a reservation protocol of building rights has been signed with Plaine Commune (the public institution of this territory of the Grand Paris). The next step is the attribution of the building permits concerning the first lots at the end of the year. Then the first constructions are expected to start in 2020 and the first deliveries in 2022 (until 2028 when the district should be finished).

Also, a few new renders :

I usually like much most of the projects in Paris, but those mid-rises are really just a stack of crap, no harmony and really ugly for some of them, the worst that french modern architecture can do... Either you do something sober and classy, with ordinary shapes and nice materials, or you do something very modern but high quality. Not this...

Well,to make it all clear for what you just there for what they do good, then well as I can see so far with the kinda decent good descriptions of yours, then one of them have already been kept, and that is the high quality of the façade, i.e the materials they used. But, yeah it aren't very modern(aka. top modern/ or high-tech btw ..OR neo-futuristic and that's aka. hyper modern. Just fyi), BUT merely modern..
And, in fact it has one more amongst the two things those buildings have kept from your descriptions of what the French apparently can do to please us extremely or decently AND that is a sober and ordinary design of them(obviously; Just take a look of them again),so taken into account of you said there in a descriptive way, THEN I don't get you with the two things French developers/architects do good when it comes to architectural traits AND at the same time the criticizing part of yours for not to be part of them entirely, architecturally..😌🤔🤷‍♂️😉💎
Eventually, otherwise yeah they all doesn't got those other ones, i.e. other architectural traits of the your again kinda meaningful descriptions of what the French developers/or architects do good, architecturally😉

The first building permits, regarding the two macro-lots introduced on this post, have been granted. Meanwhile, demolition started.
