Detailed masterplan - ATKINS

A quarter located on a ridge which crosses Baku White City from east to west, and designed as a chain of 20-storey buildings that frame Central Avenue and pleasantly adjoining one of the biggest park of Baku.

The arrangement of high-rise buildings provides a fascinating view of the elegant Waterfront and Baku bay. Low-rise Parisian style buildings are also present in this quarter.

Program

Area - 24,0 ha and Gross Floor Area 677 860 sq.m. and 4600 parking places.
Residential – 606 920 sq.м
Retail – 70 940 sq.м
Landscape – green streets and pedestrian zones.

Advantages

The quarter incorporates Central Avenue, borders the vibrant Fountain Square to the West, and lies adjacent to a large park to the South.

Attractions

Stylish and modern residential buildings, and access to Nobel Park.

Компания AVEY MMC со 100-процентным кувейтским капиталом стала инвестором проекта жилого здания в районе одного из старейших парков города – парка Низами, являющегося ныне частью проекта Baku White City.

Здание располагается на территории 0,61 га, вдоль Бульварной улицы Baku White City, спускающейся к морю - до новой Бульварной линии.

Kuwait Tower - это 20-этажное здание, с полезной площадью в 14 800 кв.м., с наземной и подземной парковкой, рассчитанной на 140 автомобилей, в соответствии с требованиями генерального плана.

Планируется, что в здании будут 93 квартиры и предусмотрена установка 3 лифтов.

The construction of Park district continues
The 20-storey modern style buildings will dominate in Park district of Baku White City project.

The architectural concept of the Park district with a total area of 24 hectares was developed by famous British company "ATKİNS" together with local experts. Eleven 20-storey and eight 2-8-storey buildings will be built in Park district.

Construction work will be carried out on the territory of 311 thousand square meters. Podiums of high-rise buildings will be available for commercial use. In accordance with the masterplan of Baku White City, one parking place is planned for each.

Covering the facade with ceramics will provide a reliable and durable facade system. Construction materials used for wall cladding will promote energy-saving and heat-insulating. Materials selected for facade and roofs of buildings fully comply with the technical specification of the masterplan. To maintain the building's facade in an original condition special arrangements for air conditioning systems are considered. Materials of foreign suppliers along with locally purchased products are used for construction.

The most up-to-date infrastructure is being provided in the district along with gardening and landscaping. The Nizami park, located just near-by is the subject of renovation in the nearest future.

High-rise buildings will be located at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level, which will provide stunning views of the Nizami park, Waterfront district and Flag Square.

Интересно, а крыша будет солар панель или мне показалось? Мне этот проект тоже нравится. Вообще мне нравится все что происходит в Baku White City.
