Park Island @ Dubai Marina

i only know marina park so far...
what could it be? doesn´t sound like a tower...

maybe it is just a kinda park to relax somewhere in the marina...

no need, they are not very interesting at all.
but i wondered if this project could be the marina mall, but the ads say designer LIVING coming soon, so i suppose it won´t be the mall.
btw the area for the mall, or at least where it is supposed to be, is now fenced, and it is a huuuge plot!
