There was another ad in the papers for this mysterious project. It was 3 girls and one guy on a yacht I think. They were all smiling so they obviously did something fun. I think this project, whatever it is, will be a chickmagnet of some sort.

no need, they are not very interesting at all.
but i wondered if this project could be the marina mall, but the ads say designer LIVING coming soon, so i suppose it won´t be the mall.
btw the area for the mall, or at least where it is supposed to be, is now fenced, and it is a huuuge plot!
