Amari Residence Condominium Pattaya
The Legend was released to the public in 1st quarter 2011 by Thailand’s own Nova Group being a condominium development built to contest with the growing supply of medium sized high rises on Pratumnak / Buddha Hill. It has been re named appropriately to “Amari Residence Pattaya Condo” after having a significant part of the units on the lower floors acquired by the Amari hotel chain to be able to convert the construction straight into an upscale condotel. Buyers here can expect high quality that is certainly symbolic of both Amari hotel and Nova Groups brands.
