Welcome KIA to the City. Previously it was ALY and seems like they are in crisis. All the best to DKH for their business. Analyzing the car dealers in the city we can see that - KVR is still going strong with Maruthi and Nexa Showrooms and now owning the TATA Dealership also. Other dealers like AM Motors, Indus Motors also managing to sustain. TBG Hyundai is intact and going forward. Amana Toyota, Renault, Eram Mahindra , Apco Honda all are strong enough to sustain. ALY Ford and EVM Nissan showrooms - need to confirm about their current situation. If in crisis some other group may take over.

Looking forward for the Jeep and MG Showrooms. It may take some time.

So majority of the dealers are safe. Great. And TATA is now with KVR. We can expect more showrooms/brands then.

Its spacious but its not air conditioned it seems. Not sure Reliance Superstore is like the same in other cities. But its a good location especially for the people around Angadipuram !

Nice View. They will have to arrange parking space additionally otherwise it wud be a difficult being in the center of Angadipuram Township. The size seems to be around 40k Sq Ft including the upper floors. Decent addition to the city

I don't understand the buzz behind a bus terminal. We have plenty yet nothing is being used efficiently. And also Perinthalmanna has gone too far from a hub bus station concept and it should adopt multiple hub concept as in bigger cities. The new Bus Terminal could be used as a major hub while Tharayil Stand and Manazhi stand should be used efficiently to make hub for special purposes. As someone said, Tharayil stand could be used as a hub station for long route buses/interstate buses (private and KSRTC as well for pick up) so that it can be well utilized. The daily passengers can have a decent facility and it will flourish the business around Tharayil stand. Meanwhile the new JN Terminal shall be used for local buses transit and halt.

I am very much interested in this project. This is a great idea though investment is very low. Meetings, political party meets are part of our culture and there is no way out from these procedures. All the gatherings (outside) were done at kodathipaddi which is a very wiered practice. People stand on the main road connecting Pmna to Thrissur. And most if the time it is blocked. Hope all these dilemmas will be solved by opening the Town Square. If it is realized as planned, this will be a model for other municipalities.

Town Square Project
I like the way this guy pulling of each projects. One great thing you will see in these videos is that, both opposition and ruling council is seen together in executing projects which is such a great role model in Indian Politics. In the video you can see the opposition leader is describing the project and its importance. Huge respect to both these personalities. They have come together as one for the city and without any controversies they are delivering things together. As we all know, the Municipal Council has only a majority by very few seats. So Opposition has all the right to be involved in projects. In any case this is a fantastic gesture from Perinthalmanna Local Governing Party and the opposition. This has to spread. This idea need to be shared and practiced pan Kerala.

Well done guys !
