Perth latest development approval

Subiaco East development video[latest released 11/07/2020]

Even under Covid-19 circumstances, there should be no delays or even total walkaways from important projects to be done. This is where you show determined resilience and a believe in your future. Latest here in Perth - as in yesterday available, is the new vision and project details of the very near CBD suburb of Subiaco. It is less than 5km away form the Perth's CBD, situated on the NW part of the Kings Park hill with a lot of very prominent features. Subi East represents the most significant urban infill redevelopment of its type in modern Western Australia. The draft Master Plan, released July 2020, provides the blueprint for revitalising the area between Subiaco Oval and the former Princess Margaret Hospital site into an iconic inner-city village and new gateway to the Perth CBD. Check out what the Plan proposes.

North Coogee - Perth

Stage 1 of this major project was finished and stage 2 is in the works. It is very close to Fremantle, but within the jurisdiction of Cockburn, another major development point in Perth. Coogee is at the start of Cockburn Sound, within close proximity by boat to Rottnest Island, by road to both Fremantle and Cockburn and less than 30km away from the Perth CBD. The heavy industrial area of Kwinana is also about 15km away further down Cockburn Sound, which in itself is a safe area in times of big storms for ships this time of the year. In this video you will notice that is was already done in 2015, but again it show what is in the planning. To Fremantle's side, there is upmarket new suburbs now in the process of development, and Coogee itself is also upmarket.

Yanchep - Perth

Due to its geographical layout and also planning dating back to the 1960's, Perth developed into a long metropolitan area from Mandurah in the south to Yanchep in the north, a distance of nearly 160km. Both ends are experiencing big growth rates and Yanchep is earmark as a major development point. Metronet is extending its existing rail line now to Yanchep, with the new v3 railway cars coming online hopefully later in the year, which will complement the existing v2 stock. All v1 stock will be replaced.

I myself was earlier last week in that area of Perth and was amazed to see all the developments taking place, all the way from Butler just past Joondalup stretching past Two Rocks to Yanchep.
