Presented by The Office of the Government Architect, Perth Samplings 2007 (PS07) is a monthly lecture series happening at The Bakery on the first Wednesday of the month. PS07 provides a forum for architects, academics, urban and landscape designers to comment on, speculate about, discuss and debate contemporary urban conditions based on research, proposition and current practice. This months speakers are Jackson Clements Burrows and Jones Coulter Young.

Jackson Clements Burrows are a Melbourne-based architecture practice with a strong design focus. Their work ranges from small scale residential through to large scale urban design proposals, highrise towers and industrial projects. They are the winner of this year's RAIA WA George Temple Poole Award and they will present their Applecross Residence, low-cost housing projects and recent urban design proposals.

Jones Coulter Young was established in 1986 JCY has created a diverse body of work to date. They have worked in urban and remote areas of Australia as well as Malaysia and New Zealand. JCY are the winner of this year's RAIA WA DHW Award for Public Architecture and will present the Edith Cowan University Library and their submission for the Macquarie University Library.
