New tower in Jabotinski, near Geha jct.
It will include a commercial front and a new pedestrian connection from Jabotinski to Efal street. Also, only 2 floors of parking!
It is aiming for LEED Silver

I like it, looks great, location is great (next to Shenkar Red Line station), it will do wonders for the area, it will serve as a "city gate" to PTK and is designed in a great way (commercial front, LEED etc)

Designed by Bar Levi architects, developed by Ken HaTor.
It's right next to the U/C Efal 8 midrise

Looks very interesting, but this is what, the third tower in PTK named Efal Tower? I can't keep up

Also, according to the info, it should be about the same height as Amot Tower, but the renders show that it's significantly taller.

There are 3 Efal projects on the forum the moment. Most simple haven't been named so we refer to them by their address:

There's this one (which has actually been named - "Efal Tower")
There's Efal 33 which is in prep (no official name that we know of)
And there's Efal 8 - I opened a thread when I thought this was a tower (it's a very big site), before being disappointed to find out it's an 8FL midrise...

Avivster actually made a mistake when creating the Efal 33 thread - he posted info about this tower in that thread's opening post.

Apparently the tower was planned to be 33FL before being downscaled to 26
