i visited Philadelphia for the first time for 3 days in October. too short of a trip but there'll be more to come. sorry for the quality on some of these but i was shooting from the airport shuttle. while it provided a nice neighborhood tour, the dirty windows gave some of the shots a "holga effect"

You were there only 3 days? It looks like you live there!...
I think you captured the spirit and the atmosphere excellent!
Great pictures, warm colours, nice compositions. I loved this tour.

GREAT PICS!!! I loved Philadelphia and can not wait to visit again someday soon. The city was just lovely and so historic. Coming from where I live it was interesting to see an American city where a lot of the buildings were more than 30 years old. Keep up the good work.

What an incredible city! I have been dying to visit there for years. It looks gritty, but in a very fascinating way (I don't mean that as an insult). Also, great blend of architecture. Some of the buildings would not look out of place in a British city. In general, the city just looks so alive and so unlike the mostly characterless US sunbelt cities.

Thanks for sharing.

What a waste of a magnificent building

Yea its totally a shame at least in this pic you can't see the graffiti ridden with obscene words. Philly is ok but these pics are awesome captures the essence of Philly greatly.
