Phnom Penh have too much MID RISE building :( If we count on them, they will probally about 300-400 10-20storey buildings... Am I correct?

^^ Most of the completed mid-rise buildings in the market are below 12 floors. According to Emporis, any buildings with 12 floors or above, or 35 meters can be classified as a high-rise.

There are probably 300-400 buildings between 5 to 12 floors, but few of them between 12 to 20

thats better our country isnt that rich so we should stick with what we can do, i prefer a similar idea to yangon where any apartment block less than 9 floors dont need elevators, so i think it is best for phnom penh to have about 1000, 8 story apartments blocks in 5 years time
