I pass the construction site this morning, the site has been clear off.

The site is very close to the Independent Monument. Honestly there is no point to restrict the buildings height around Independent Monument and I recommend the authority to lift the height restriction. It does not interfere the Independent Monument, and no interferences to any households or people working around the area, and the monument itself is surrounded by wide roads.

how can we give our oppinion to gov that we dont want high building ruin our most important location site.. can you and many Khmer in Cambodia dothat?
