This is a extension of the existing Naga, not 2nd Naga, called it Naga2 sounds really stupid, imo.

I hope this turns into a reality. I did read about this project long ago where the owner of Naga put up a lot of his own money in order to convince the investor to go along.
Almost four hundret million dollars is a LOT of money for a project in PP.

Yes I am living in Somalia and my wish is to somedays live in Cambodia. I heard that there are lots of good things happening over there!! I heard that the government over there really understands what it takes to win over investors. I heard that they are building hydro power plants, highways, bridges, skyscrapers and shopping malls. Man, that sounds really good. I wish my government is doing what the Cambodian government is doing. I think that the Cambodians are very lucky to have that kind of government!!!
Never win over investors (I'm work close to foreign investor) they said Cambodia is a
Moneys laundry machine.

Build hydro electric, high way, bridge (all Chinese investors) because they know how to
play with this kind Of communist head leader that show the world As democracy.

Skyscrapers shopping how many of them are completed under your perfect government
That lead Cambodia more than 30 years.?

Cambodian lucky....? Maybe you refer to the country is no war people is lucky. ..... Think
again WHY good investors such as Japanese, USA are not much invested in Cambodia
why they choose Thailand or Vietnam even a communist country...

You only good in English but maybe you work as Somalia robber translator.
