Street 169 is home to a number of office buildings, showrooms and Phnom Penh International University (PPIU), this will encourage more people walk to the Olympia mall (especially during the lunch time hours) after the elevated walkway is completed.
Olympia Plaza, the seven-storey shopping mall with 100,000 square metres of retail space (largest in Cambodia) is due to open in the third quarter of 2018.

This bridge disrupt the view of Olympia from Street 169, potentially cause problem for future sky-train project which most definitely need to pass Charles De Gaulle.

Should have built tunnels.
Actual stairs might be better then escalator.
I still prefer the escalator because of its unique, never seen an escalator outside the building :))

Good if it is working, but some local still not dare to step on it.
