Moroccan flag in Utrecht at the Freedom Tree war monument in Hoograven, seems as if your country was involved in the war against the Nazis!!!!!!

and the wreath deposited at the monument, on the mourning-band it says 'Marokkaans consulaat Utrecht' and the most astounding is to see it next to a wreath with the flag of Israel with a band saying Buurtvaders Hoograven, these neighborhood fathers (of Moroccan children, they patrol the neighborhood to keep the children from loitering and petty crime) seem to be Jew-friendly! What was the role of Morocco in World War II? Canada played a big role in liberating Holland, but I never heard about Moroccans entering this country in 1944-45 (1363-1364 in your calendar).
The day 5 mdi 1945 refers to The conversion result is: Saturday 22 Jumaada al-awal 1364 A.H., on that day the Germans surrendered and the Netherlands were free from Nazi rule.

^^ Indeed.

Of course not many people heard of Moroccans fighting in WW II, because those Moroccans were officially part of the French army, since France ruled Morocco. But thousands of Moroccan soldiers were involved. In the Netherlands it was just a small group in special operations, but still, they were Moroccan. Some of them are buried in the Dutch village of Westkappelle.

There is even a movie about North African troops in WW2:

Moroccan troops (Tirailleurs and Goumiers) were used by the French army almost on every front, but especially in Italy, Southern Germany, Southern France and Eastern France liberations.
