It's Spring again in Paris...the people are out and about, in one of its many coffee shops, esplanades, fountains, green spaces, markets...the people look happy again One thing I always notice in Paris is how easily Parisians are affected by sun and the lack of it. Many become unhappy or moody in the winter and happy again in the Spring and Summer. Vive Paris le printemps!
