According to the table of air traffic obstacles in Czech there are two facilities with a 300 metres tall chimney planned: one at Litinov at 50°34'52" N 13°36'22" E, the other at Struznice at 50°41'28" N 14°28'31" E. According to http://www.mapy.cz/ there is so far no larger facility at these sites!
What kind of facilities are planned at these sites? As there is no larger river or a lake at these sites, I believe not that power stations are planned at this sites. What else? A smelter?

I don´t know if this is the case but I know that there was a false "joke" map of air trafic restricted zones circulating the internet that caused quite bit of a stir amongst pilots earlier this year. Isn´t it this?

I loaded it down from http://lis.rlp.cz/ais_data/aip/data/valid/e5-4.pdf the site of the air navigation service of the Czech Republic.

Nevertheless such lists have sometimes some strange entries. For example the famous Petrin Observation Tower in Prague is listed in the air traffic obstacle list of Germany published by the German military with its correct heght!
In this list you can find also a wind turbine at the site of Hamburg TV Tower and the 314 metres tall TV mast in Jemiolow, Poland with its correct height!

Often such lists also contains tall structures, which are demolished.
