Gremio and Corinthias really seem to be a step above everyone else in Brazil right now in terms of club infrastructure.
Surely they have excellent infrastructure, but there are other Brazilian clubs are not far behind:

Grêmio (Grêmio Arena - 55,300 people):


Corinthians (Arena Itaquera - 46,600 people):


Palmeiras (Allianz Parque - 43,700 people):


Internacional (Beira-Rio - 50,000 people):


Atlético Paranaense (Arena da Baixada - 42,300 people):


These clubs have new stadiums and they own them. Brazil has other stadiums that were built for the world cup, but are owned by the government and some clubs play in them.
