A bit early, 5 months too early perhaps! Nevermind.

1. We will have no more news on Quay Point(er..Salford Sails?)
2. Eastgate will start to rise in March and will top out halfway through 2007.
3. Hardman Square will be a huge dissapointment but will not start anyway due to lack of a pre let.
4. Piccadilly will see 2x 200m towers approved. Though that could happen before 2006.
5. Seeing that Sunley and CIS look great after their reclads, Prudential will do NOTHING to the Arndale Tower!
6. A historically significant building will be demolished/destroyed.
7. Large towers will be proposed south of Castlefield.
8.The Smiths will momentarily reform and play an exclusive one off gig for SSC Mancs at Mozza old house on Kings Road.
9. There will be a large forum meet which will involve much underage drunkness for caw123, Accura, KITR and Andysimo.
10. Had to make a tenth to feel complete. Greengate will go through several more proposals and redesigns but nothing will be built until the proposal of a 600ft concrete banana in 2009, on which dgnr8 will frequently be seen performing unspeakable acts.

i like the sound of No. 9, not sure about the mozza gig, i think maybe he wants to suck his own **** a bit too much. But i'd turn up just so i can get him to punch me so i can sell my story to several newspapers. :)
Not really much of a prediction that really Caw. It's always likely I'm going to rub my balls over the cornerstone of a newbuild. I've got a new mission for the future - I'm going to wank off onto every sexy building completed in Manc from now on. And maybe a few recent addiitons like Urbis. I'd like to have this secret knowledge that all of Manc's prestigious buildings will be clad not just in fancy glass, but a little bit of Wiggles' DNA.

Long after my death, in the year 2083, I predict the buildings will mutate to form a giant glass Wiggles who will smite those who value self importance and drag my bum like a dog with worms across any housing estate that has the letters "e", "t" or "m" in their names.

4. New Islington will be progressing well
5. The Green Quarter will be nearing completion
6. Chancery Place will start early
7. Oakglades Greengate proposals will be approved by Salford

I think

1. Beetham will amaze us when it starts to reach its full height, we all stare in wonder at how bloody big it is.
2. More orgasms as Eastgate is well underway and starts to rise nicely.
3. Multiple orgasms as Crown starts to rise at the same time.
4.Canopus will have been re-designed and renamed Intercontinental Towers as it will be that Hotel group occupying the 240 room hotel in the lower 26 floors.
5.The Council will bite the bullet and do something about Piccadilly Gardens(again) and get rid of the berlin wall.
6.Council announce the rehousing of all residence in the St Georges tower blocks in Hulme as they are to be demolished and something big and sexy will be put in their place.
7.Elizabeth House at St Peters and Oxford St will be demolished and Ian Simpson designs a 150m tower to go there.
8.Another tower is announce for the land opposite Key 103 and the grass in the middle of the mancunian roundabout gets a 100 jet fountain to greet visitors and finish off that whole area as a gateway.

I hope it's the Manchester United Malcolm you are refering to and not the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Malcolm. I mean, what would I watch at Raymond James Stadium between October and February? What, with no hockey settlement on the horizon I would have to take up fishing or greyhound racing or even soccer. Oh yes, in case you hadn't noticed, Malcolm and family are mortgaged to the hilt already so I wonder which part of their sports empire will suffer the most?

Well seeing as the loans he took out to pay for United were secured against Tampa Bay, if United started struggling then Tampa Bay would be liquidated to pay for it! ;)

Ah! but the Raymond James Stadium is owned by the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County and due to the setup of the NFL franchise system, we [Tampa] would probably buy another NFL franchise. I couldn't see a stadium like the Raymond James laying empty for to long.

Did the Manchester United stadium come with the deal? If yes, just how much is the stadium worth? You know, Malcolm is a very astute businessman with very little interest in his sport franchises except as a generator of wealth and like most businessmen he is in it for the money. I must say though, the Bucks are a better franchise for his involvement.

Yes, Old Trafford is part of Manchester United. I'm not sure exactly how much Old Trafford is worth but I know the figure was greater than the entire market value of Tampa Bay, just because it is a sporting icon.

Apparently, though, the NFL are investigating him because he secured loans against Tampa Bay. If they find him guilty then he loses his franchise, defaults on the Man Utd loan and the banks take ownership, leaving him with nothing.

Wouldn't be to many who would shed tears over Malc losing his shirt. But, and like I said before, his involvement with the Bucks has been positive, so far.
I Predict "Red Devils USA" in MLS like "Chivas USA"

Don't know where they will play though, little interest in Tampa

I predict no Hockey next season.
It certainly looks that way, however, me being a Habs fan will mean one more season without anguish.
