Brings some sizable scale. Those rooms will have great views of the coastline. I wonder what the f&b offer will be like and if it will be aiming to bring the community in to use them... Roof top bars to take in the view?

It also makes that KZN sharks board site cry out even more to move and be redeveloped

I have to say progress on this one has actually be quite slow. Messy site, but final product starting to look good.

Messy site how so? They have likely taken their time as have little reason to open any time soon. I am sure delaying opening until a hopeful summer season

Complimentary but Unique. The facade of the Splendid Inn section directly next to Gateway Hospital (to the right). Good textural composition. Just need the landscaping to grow and settle. But it's Durban, they will grow quick.
