True, but johannesburg could do alot better, ive seen no new, proposed or currently under construction buildings in Johannesburg, Gauteng for that matter, in the past 10 years. They just never realize.hno:

But the africa conference centre was proposed, construction to start Nov 2007, never even started to excavate.
Also the centurion lake tower (30fl) proposed, been more than a year later and still nothin'.

We just dont have a need for building high. I mean why build high if there's loads of land to develop.
Gauteng is just stagnant...
