rent: 9-11€ per m² seems to be the rule right now.
You most likely won't find an apartment in a decent area for under € 11/m².

Bread roll ~ € 0,33

Sure... I stated pretty much the lowest prices available in discount stores.
^^ i thought the opposite. Your prices are for quality/brand products.

At discounters the prices are lower then the one you said.

for example: 1l of orange juice -> no name -> 70ct
10 small breads ("Semmel") -> 1€
Vodka (0,7l) -> 5€

^^ würd sagen, um das geld kriegt ma das auch in wien bei den billigsten läden.
Btw.

- mobile phone should cost you under 10€ a month including 1000sms, 1000 free minutes, 1000mb data traffic (e.g. www.bob.at)

- internet via mobile network, approximately 9€ for 10GB (e.g. www.drei.at or www.bob.at)

- transport depends on certain factors. Full price monthly ticket for all public transport in Vienna is 45€. Foreign students under 26 may get a semester ticket for 128,50€. A regular (full price) yearly ticket is € 365,- (so basically 1€ a day)
