As long as you're not doing anything you shouldn't be doing in public places, why be bothered about surveillance cameras?Those places are dodgy. Some of them have had hidden cameras in the past.

As far i know Cyber cafe is not safe any more for their tricky activities. may be useful for couples if we find a place that is little bit of lonely and quite.( at reasonable price)
