Freehold property unveiled in Ajman

Dubai: Tameer Holdings, a UAE-based property developer, is building a Dh1.1 billion residential and commercial project in Ajman.
Al Ameera Village is Tameer's first venture in Ajman. The firm's previous ventures include properties in Dubai, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. It will cover an area of about 3 million square feet.

Located on the Emirates ring road, about 15 minutes from Dubai, the project will consist of 50 traditionally designed residential buildings, hotel apartments, commercial areas and a shopping mall.

The mall will feature a 500 metre board walk surrounded by gardens, water fountains, coffee shops, restaurants and other facilities.

"Being a freehold property, Al Ameera Village will be available to investors from all nationalities. The project will provide investors with excellent facilities in a superb location.

"Furthermore the development will enhance the flow of foreign direct investment into the UAE real estate market," said Omar Ayesh, president of Tameer Holdings.

This is surprising, that while construction is going on, nothing is offered for sale. Unless sales are going on without any apparent marketing.

Wonderful pics imre.....shows the project is still alive..

Judging from these models and the pics i took the 2 buildings under construction are the G+3 ones ; encircled in black.....
The one encircled red was having its foundations done.....
hmmmm..meaning only the low rises are under costruction while for the higher towers only piling has been done...

Today, I understood what is the problem with Al Ameera village. Although the land can be purchased on freehold basis, they can not sell the appartments as freehold. Tameer are still negotiating with the Sheikh of Ajman regarding the freehold title for appartments as well as to increase number of levels each buildings can have from the current maximum of 10 stories.

also junaid real estate have started marketing the project..seems like the project is gaining some ground..check their website for floor plans and prices..

Also on a personal note i believe this thread deserves to be a sticky, just how many large scale projects are there in ajman..

-and ameera village considering the no of towers and plots to be developed

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of a project called Oasis Ajman situtated at Al Ameera Village (known as building No.5)?
I invested in this project 3 years ago and other than details from the posts (and pics) from this forum I have not heard very much. I do know the master developer is Tameer - I have a contract at home which only confirms the seller as 'New Mission Holdings Ltd,' based in the Bahamas.
The broker is slow at replying and I believe it's time to start investigating the matter further - can anyone help?
