Nothing new in this project :eek:hno: and what's with the name???
I dont like.....boring design nothing creative or new
^^tayouneh and citymall are to very very different places :S
I understand your comments. What creativity are you looking for? You do know that 98%of buildings in Beirut have the same 70's style right?
Company: Office of engineer

He said it's near Beirut Mall - not City Mall.

We need to remember that in Lebanon the demand is so high that they can turn a huge profit with a cheap design. Look what happened with the Carlton...

i dunno what is worse the design or the name :eek:hno:
well the name is kind of tacky! although these towers aren't what you call great architecture, they are somewhat presentable and a great improvement from what LebFr said "98% of Beirut's urban fabric". so I am in favor of them as long as they don't replace something with more significance.

My mistake i had originally wrote near city mall.
i collected some information about the project, and the most important thing about it is that it's in beirut and the prices are very attractive, the apartment is 190m starting for 275,000$, so i think for this price the project is really attractive especially that the quality of the finishing is good

For a name like Emirates Tower, I expected some tall extravagent shit. These suck.

The developer must be obsessed with Dubai. I think it's so downgrading for us to have towers named after other cities. We don't see a Tripoli or Beirut tower in Dubai, do we?
maybe you are right about the name, i don't think it's attractive, but i think that the project as a whole is very attractive especially that the prices are very helpfull for the new geneation who can't buy the dream houses for millions of dollars.

Actually, there a 125 million $ tower named after Beirut in Dubai:

WTF? That tower in Dubai is so nice. Why couldn't we get that in Lebanon? Yet we got stuck with these tasteless projects.
