The price difference is the differnce of land. City Towers is in downtown which is already developed and the land price of this particular towers is not less than 800 per sq.ft while projects on emirates road are having land price 60 to 70 per sq.ft.
For investment most people prefar areas close to sea. Property apprication is far more than the deserts.

I've booked 1 bedroom appartment in city towers. I would really appreciate if you could send me some latest news on the project or if possible please send me some latest pictures of the construction site. The developer [ REIE ] website is not updated, I've seen some photos of the construction at www.emiratespropert.net but they were also 2 months old. Please also tell me one bedroom is a good investment there? are the prices going up in coming 6 months? whats the 1 bedroom rent in downtown area these days? And what is this elecricity issue. Please dont mind as i am asking too many questions because I dont live in UAE, I only visited there twice. Waiting for your reply.

City Towers is a very nice investment. Location is very expensive and its completion would be on time because they are working very fast. Regarding pictures i will try to get some but wont make any difference becuse in this stage you cant judge the construction speed by photos. You have made good investment and will get good returns you should hold it till completion.

Welcome! I am happy to help another good investor in this difficults days.
I have to say that the building progres in city towers is a few month behind from the one in Ajman one,but I have to say that the workers there were working very hard at the time I took the pictures. I really believe that you shoud'nt worry about your investment.
Downtown Ajman look very good! and there are a lot of projects going on in the city (office building, apartments, hotels and a lot Roads, Bridges and Other Public Works; I really believe that in one or two years we will be very happy with our investments there.
I Hope to hear from you and other investors in Ajman in the near future.
