^^^^There isn't this project in the Emaar website... Now Emaar is building others gated communities in Dubailand
Emirates Tourism Village

The Emirates Airlines staff residential project in a 500 hectare plot in Dubailand comprises of nearly 3800 villas and 3024 apartments. Interestingly, the macro-level planning is organic in form with gentle sweeping curves that sub-divide the plot into smaller neighbourhoods. However at each neighbourhood level, the circulation and planning is organized and orderly.

The villas have 3 different categories namely the executive, twin and town house. Each neighbourhood has these types in different themes such as Arabic, Modern and Spanish. This creates variety and identity for each neighbourhood.

Adequate community facilities like recreation zones, landscaped parks, and leisure and retail areas are within easy reach of the residents. The main facilities are in the central park surrounded by the apartment blocks. Careful road and pedestrian planning link the smaller neighbourhood facilities, allowing all residents to avail the facilities with ease.

Location:
This is supposed to be located within Dubailand, but at first I was not sure where that shape makes sense. After looking through the area for a bit I figured out this is the only plot this seems to make sense:

that basically means this is currently the most southern construction project in Dubai and is on the far end of the Dubailand boundaries, even more remote than the Tiger Woods Golf Course :)
