Huh, 21 floors? That's right next to where I live. Well, not close enough that the construction will be annoying but quite close. I will have a nice view of it from my balcony. :cheers:

Nice. A lot happening along Mölndalsvägen, my fave project is Castellums office(Wingårdhs), or maybe Lisebergs hotel, that could look awesome. Still a lot of land to work with as well.

Those 5000 m2 is Arcams old office and production facility, they have moved to Mölnlycke, leasing 12 000 m2 from Castellum.
