Under construction are the 12 floor office building and a 10 floor office building. They are both topped out - so they will be completed in the nearest future.

Yes, I'm looking at the lokalplan, it says that the 13-story (building 1a) and 9-story (building 1b) closest to the Iceberg are mixed residential/commercial with the tallest one having its lower five floors planned for either hotel or serviced apartments/apartment hotel. Not sure if that ever came to be. In any case, these were built in 2014-2017.

Then it says that the 10-story (building 2), 12-story (building 3) and 10-story (building 4) ring the rest of the site and are office (with ground floor commercial space). Building 4 - like the two apartment buildings - was completed in the same 2014-2017 period. Building 2 and Building 3 are the ones that started construction last year with completion in 2020.

Pakhusene is coming nicely along and the area around the buildings is starting to look finished. I think this area is really promising.

Not a photo update here, but just wanted to say that Pakhusene is no longer U/C. It has been finished for some time now
