You never know. Expect a big park...

what about an above ground rail line with an accompanying run-down bus station and derelict entertainment centre. You never know. Expect a big park...
Why would you want money spent on an upgrade to the side of the station that faces a carpark entrance and a gallery loading dock?If it does not include a fully intergraded upgrade of Perth Train Station with equal frontage from the Perth and Northbridge side, I dont care.
Because that would be thinking ahead. Nobody does that i know. Why would you want money spent on an upgrade to the side of the station that faces a carpark entrance and a gallery loading dock?
Thinking ahead for what? Do you see the carpark being demolished some time soon? The entire cultural centre is elevated well above the street and the new theatre will need the parking spaces. What frontage treatment are you thinking of?Because that would be thinking ahead. Nobody does that i know.
in my dream (it was very hazy) the current link and the station was redeveloped, ie the freeway to barrack stIf it does not include a fully intergraded upgrade of Perth Train Station with equal frontage from the Perth and Northbridge side, I dont care.
That would never be built on the link, it is too tall no one would want it there, perhaps in the city a more rounded building like this and scalled back might go well on the terrace or foreshore....in my dream (it was very hazy) the current link and the station was redeveloped, ie the freeway to barrack st
there were buildings like this in my dream but then again my dream was very random and there was really no cohesion.
