By old Gothenburg standards it would be considered one of the best high-rises in the city, luckily we've come a long way in just a few years and now it's just a blip on the map i comparison.
And by that I don't mean that I dislike, it's certainly not my favourite, but just super glad that the standard's been raised over previous Peab building by Lyckholms, Ullevigatan, etc.
Together with everything else going on around Järntorget I hope it'll help to bridge the mental distance to the water. Although it's cool in some urban texture with the high-rise just by the mouth of the tunnel, making it feel much bigger than it is when passing by car, I really hope that E45 from Järntorget towards Majorna will be dug down just like at Gullbergsvass (but without a giant gap between the tunnels).
