Same colour as the river!Looks great! The brown frames seem to be a bit of an odd choice though.
I personally yearn for the return of "mission brown".Same colour as the river!
Interesting design, looks like they’ve tried to emulate some of the design aspects from the James St Precinct.NEW DA

Looks a bit shit and overpowering of the empire hotel. Cloudland was much nicer when they still had the full retractable roof and void from the main area.Cloudland is getting a new rooftop bar/micro-brewery #A005592231
The proposed development is for the extension of the existing Cloudland venue to create a new roof top bar and micro-brewery. Further detail regarding the roof top bar and microbrewery and other associated works are described below.
• The roof top bar is proposed to be an 814m2 space, including the following
o A micro-brewery, bar and covered outdoor area.
o The microbrewery will be contained within an enclosed space in the south east portion of the roof.
o Associated spaces, including kitchen, washroom, storage area, amenities and lift lobby.
o The extent of the rooftop is generally consistent with the existing development approval. The rooftop is proposed to be setback from Ann Street (excluding the lift access and lobby) to respond to adjoining heritage building (the Empire Hotel) on Ann Street. Consistent with the development approval the proposal includes built to boundary elements on the eastern, southern and western boundaries.
o The rooftop design includes a mix of materials, building elements, including concave forms within the facade to Ann Street (seating areas within the rooftop), and landscaping.
