I thought that Zenith building was meant to be much bigger than Alluvion? Man, I was way off.

80m is nothing... I was expecting at least 120m or something. Don't know where I got that idea from :lol:

Are you confusing Zenith with Equus? Both are in the same city block and Equus is 111m.

seeing as this is Adelaide's "zone" I thought I'd post a few pics to show the quality of what we have been receiving.

Firstly, "Altitude" a 18 level, 58m residential tower currently under construction:



"Edge and Wave", two towers on King William Street, which helped define the southern skyline, along with the Optus Building, and the recently completed 400 King William Street:







And finally, 400 King William Street. A brutal big shiny lump, as a mate of mine called it!

Check out these towers proposed for Victoria Park at Zetland in inner Sydney.

This will comprise of the following:

1. 37 O'Dea Avenue 22 storeys designed by APA (Alex Popov Architects)
2. 9 Gadigal Avenue 9 storeys designed by Collins & Turner.
3. Victoria Park Parade 10, 8 & 5 storeys designed by Tzannes Associates.
