Architects are Wood Marsh.

was up there on weekend, ran past this old greenmount resort.
looks tired. time to build this beauty

Very nice location - probably my favorite on the GC.

my fav spot is rainbow bay.

^ I recommend Little Mali for a morning brew if anybody is ever passing through (although any time of day is good).
