they have come down in heights. a floor each

good to see child care and supermarkets at bottom of these super developments








current tallest in Hornsby are the twin 14storey meriton towers on both are 50m high and reach RL230m.

so westside tower will be alot higher (30m)

This DA got deferred and has lost some serious height now, 3 storeys lost on tall tower and 2 storeys lost on smaller tower to comply with the height controls, meant to go back to the Sydney North Planning Panel on the 18th of Dec..recommended as approval again,

awesome news i got into onlinearguments few weeks ago about how it’s going to council and good news for hornsby ect but locals were against it, but they lived in nearby highrise hypocrites

i’ll contact urban developer and inform them of the eorrir, i’ll tell them i want them to be keep being a reliable source not a piece of shit
