Al Enma unveils Seville housing

Regional real estate player and a subsidiary of Kuwait Finance House, Al Enma House yesterday unveiled its Seville housing project to come up in the Kingdom.
Al Enma Real Estate Company, a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company, is engaged in real estate activity inside and outside Kuwait, including Bahrain.
Dr. Manaf Hamza, Executive Chairman of Al Enma House said the Seville project comes at a time when demand for residential real estate for citizens was soaring, far outstripping the supply. He exuded confidence that the project would serve the needs of large segments of Bahraini society and provide holistic housing solutions.
Saleem Elias, Director, Construction, Al Enma House said the project would come up on an area of 175200 square metres located close to the King Fahd Causeway linking Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and provide housing to about 3600 families. Seville village consists of 136 connected houses, 107 villas in addition to the 54 apartment buildings each consisting of 4-storeys, 18 apartment buildings with 3 floors each. A business and cultural centre, mosque, kindergartens and nurseries, public library, sports club besides commercial space would be part of the project.Kuwait Finance House (KFH) is a public shareholding company incorporated in Kuwait, engaged principally in providing banking services, the purchase and sale of properties, leasing, project construction for its own account as well as for third parties, and other trading activities.
