any idea what the heck is this project???? it was on raya news paper the busseness one the orenge colored (tusday 23 may 2006) :) please post if you know anything or a picture,photo or anything...

Nice... Another big project.
The only thing I don't like is the name. "QATOFIN"?!! It really sounds... "gay"!!
