they said will know EIA pass or not pas till end of this MAR 2012

they postpone that building will complete on DEC 2014 (2557)

previous expected was end of 2013

so 1 year long extended

yesterday i drove and passed Circle 3

something happening

i guessed they preparing the worker Camp of Circle 2
Surely if they don't build it now they will miss their chance; they will not get permission under the new city plan, right?

they are still fighting over finalizing new Bangkok city plan...you can imagine how much opposition there is from land owners on smaller sois and also from developers...

but in any event, if I were them, I would apply for construction permit to try to preserve rights, just in case
