“Buat masa sekarang nak parking kenderaan pun susah.
Phahrolrazi Zawawi.
Public beaches macam Chenang memang makin teruk. Tapi private beaches macam dekat Mutiara Burau Bay, The Datai etc memang crystal clear. Penah dok Mutiara Burau Bay, perghhhhh... Paradise bro! Tapi harga bilik paling murah pun 500+water quality around Langkawi is so badhno:.. cannot even compare with neighboring Thai islands.. wonder what's the problem??
Itu la.. Siap dengan The Luxury Collection lagiOh, I just noticed Langkawi got 4 starwood hotels already..I thought it got 1 only..and even more hotels than in KL.. :bash:

Entah la bro... Langkawi is just nice, dia bkn party spots mcm Phuket or Bali. Flight tak banyak pun tapi island ni still boleh sustain dengan jumlah pelancong yg dtg bila kita tengok brape byk hotel yg ade.. Dan bukan calang2 pulak, Four Seasons, The Andaman (Starwood's Luxury Collection), The Westin, Four Points, Sheraton, Rebak Island (Taj Hotel) etc.Kalau ada demand, tak payah nak merayu bagai. Just look at Bali and Phuket, when the demand is there, flights will come. Clearly Langkawi is not attractive enough. And enough with tourist want this and that bullshit. Flights from London didn't make money, thats why they scrapped it.
I agree with dengilo. Put more FO like Bandung and Bali. at least people might want to come to shop there. Terrible tasting tax free chocolates and cigarettes just doesnt cut it anymore
Shopping mall apa ehh nie yg nak masuk Langkawi....hno:
hno:
adoi adik... Patong Beach kt Phuket, Kuta Beach kt Bali, ini antara pantai2 yg happening kalau tak dalan dunia pun dalan Asia Tenggara.patong n kuta?? what's that...:nuts:

Pan Pacific Hotels Group has signed a management agreement with Gagasan Langkawi Sdn. Bhd to open the 262-room PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort in 2017.
pan-pacifichotelsgroupAn archipelago of some 100 islands off the west coast of Malaysia, Langkawi is one of the country’s best-known and most popular beach destinations – blending historical attractions, great cuisine, excellent diving opportunities with buzzing nightlife. For its stunning geological parks and landscapes, Langkawi has also been awarded the UNESCO World Geopark status. The island saw over three million tourist arrivals in 2013[1] and is expected to hit the four-million mark this year.
Featuring 253 rooms and nine villas, PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort will enjoy a prime beachfront location at Pantai Tengah Beach, the longest and most popular stretch of beach in Langkawi, and lie adjacent to a retail and dining complex.
Within the resort, guests will be able to indulge in its extensive range of facilities including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, beach bar, spa, gymnasium, family lounge, ballroom, meeting rooms and outdoor swimming pools.
In Malaysia, Pan Pacific Hotels Group owns and/or manages three other PARKROYAL properties – namely PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur and PARKROYAL Penang Resort.
“Already home to three award-winning PARKROYAL properties, Malaysia has been earmarked as one of the Group’s key growth markets within Asia Pacific. Thus, we are delighted to be able to extend the PARKROYAL footprint to yet another prime travel destination in the country,” says Bernold O. Schroeder, Chief Executive Officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
