Hybrid, thanks for the new photos. If you are happy where you are, then so am I! 
I'm sure Purvciems is just as much a part of Riga as other. Yet, if you don't mind my saying so, your neighborhood could stand some upgrading. I know it'll become prettier all by itself once the trees and shrubs get their leaves ... spring is in the air!kay:
